Mashup of the Day: The Game of Thrones x My Little Pony mashup up above is one of several illustrations by Caldwell Tanner and Andrew Bridgman answering that all-important question: What if adult TV shows were remade for children?

I want this Kitty!!!
I Can Has Lebensraum? of the Day: A six-week-old abandoned kitty cat named Kitler can’t seem to find a home — and the staff at Wood Green animal shelter in Godmanchester blame her Hitler stache.
“Kitler is an adorable little girl who will make a wonderful addition to the right family,” said spokeswoman Tara Dundon. “We rehome five and a half thousand animals every year but we cannot find a loving owner for Kitler. We think her unusual markings are putting people off.”
Another possibility: The name “Kitler.”
How About That of the Day: Watching Clarissa Explains It All on TeenNick’s new 90’s nostalgia block late one night, ONTD reader sexi_squidward noticed something curious and rewound her DVR to double check.
Sure enough, Ferguson appears to predict Jon Favreau’s Cowboys & Aliens, which, interestingly enough, opens today.
Well, Clarissa? I’m waiting for an explanation.

Lights Out: Commercial and music video directing duo Cousins don’t beat around the bush in their latest project: A rather colorful ad spot for Skittles.
(VNSFW, rainbow sharing.)
[thanks jordan!]
Determined Dog of the Day: Gus loves his pool, but he isn’t a big fan of the heat.
Solution: Bring the pool indoors.

OMG! Adorbz of the Day: Little Ryan has written you a song asking you not to give up. So, don’t give up. Unless you hate kids.
You don’t hate kids, do you?

Life Imitates Art of the Day: The offices of Portland-based lawyer Randal Acker happen to be housed inside a quaint 1894 Queen Anne Victorian surrounded by ongoing construction associated with Portland State University, so he did what anyone in a similar situation would do: He tied a bunch of balloon to the house a la the now-classic scene from Pixar’s Up.
To add to the realism, Acker’s “Figo House” was nearly seized by TriMet through eminent domain a few years back. “I told them that if I had to do eminent domain law for the next two years to save the house, I would do it,” Acker said. He organized a protest and managed to get TriMet to back down.
